Warranty Timeline
– One year conditional warranty is offered on all our eyewear, applicable from the date of delivery.
Warranty Includes:
– This warranty includes: damages caused to the product due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel off, peeling of color and color fading.
Warranty Excludes:
-Nirvana Eyewear® warranty does not cover: Product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering and loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear & tear.
Warranty does not include inflicted damage or loss. Defects not covered under warranty include but are not limited to:
- A general demur in appearance (eyeglasses are subject to the “wear and tear” of everyday life, therefore it is natural to expected they will appear less new over time)
- Damage caused from frames being bumped, twisted, bent, scratched or marked, no matter what the cause, including spring temples that have been over extended
- Damage caused from neglect such as, not maintaining regular maintenance or hygiene required for frame materials
- Damage caused from excessive exposure to elements such as, heat or chemicals
- Warranty does not include inflicted damage or loss, including scratches or chips, regardless of intent.
Warranty Conditions:
– This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.
– This warranty is valid only when purchased through www.nirvanaeyecare.com
– The decision of the company on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
– The company will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages
– Please note, for replacement against warranty, shipping charges for both ways are to be borne by customers.
Warranty Requirements:
– Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:
– Please email the pictures of the product to be duly validated to nirvanavisioneyecare@gmail.com or contact us at +917666696666 along with the Order ID and registered Email ID.
– Pack all the product properly in One single box to avoid any transit related damage.
– Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim.
